These terms cover the website and the services Kids Critters provides. If a booking confirmation says something more specific, that confirmation wins.

Who we are
Kids Critters Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13643791, based in Dorking, Surrey. Contact: tiffany@kidscritters.co.uk or 07881 778717.
Tiffany Grimley is the founder and the practitioner. There are no associates and no handovers.
The services
- Animal assisted therapy — one-to-one, child-led sessions, fifty minutes.
- The Empowered Mum — six months of one-to-one support for the parent, delivered online.
- School workshops — curriculum-linked visits across London and Surrey.
- Holiday camps — small-group days in Newdigate, near Dorking. Camps do not travel.
- Reptile parties and events — we bring the animals to you across London and Surrey.
Nothing on this website is medical, legal or educational advice, and therapy here is not a substitute for NHS or other clinical care. If we do not think a service is the right fit, we will say so.
Booking and prices
A conversation or an enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed in writing, usually by email.
Published prices on this site are: holiday camps at £45 per child, and The Empowered Mum at £5,000 for the six-month programme. School workshops and parties are quoted for the date, group and location. If a price is not written down, it has not been agreed.
Payment details are given when a booking is confirmed. We do not take card payments through this website.
Cancellations
If we have to cancel, we will rearrange or refund the fee for that booking.
If you need to cancel or move a date, tell us as soon as you can. We will be reasonable, especially where a child is unwell or a school date has to move. We have not set a blanket cancellation fee on this site; any notice period that applies to a particular booking will be in the confirmation.
Sessions, camps and visits
Nothing is compulsory. A child does not have to come into the room, hold an animal, speak, or make eye contact. Parents are welcome to stay in therapy sessions, or to stay at camp.
We finish on time even if things are going well, because predictable endings matter. Animal welfare comes first: an animal that has had enough is retired from that session, and children are told so.
You are responsible for telling us what we need to know to work safely — allergies, support needs, who may collect a child from camp, and anything a school already has in writing that we should follow while we are there.
This website
The content is ours, or used with permission. You may share links. You may not copy the site to run a service of your own, or scrape it in a way that overloads the host.
We try to keep the information accurate. Animals, dates and remaining places change. If something here is out of date, email us.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have expected, or for a booking you made on the basis of a third-party description of the work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
